It can be tough to find a good time to pull out those dairy dessert recipes, which is why you have no choice but to go all out when Shavuos comes around!

On a holiday where there’s no such thing as too much cream cheese, it’s hard to go wrong, but we’ve made it easy for you by putting together a list of recipes that are oh so right.

With these 20 recipes burning a hole in your Shavuos menu ideas, we dare you to choose just one!

1. Toffee Crunch Caramel Cheesecake by Rivky Kleiman

We had a very hard time naming this cheesecake. It’s so absolutely delectable that the girls at Mishpacha wanted to call it “To-Die for Cheesecake!” This is a cheesecake that is sure to become your classic each time you think Shavuos or dairy. I know the gingersnap cookie crust is an extra step, but it’s so worth the extra effort.

2. Flowerpot Cakes by Idy Swimmer

Here’s a delightful dessert that will add a blooming touch to your Shavuos table. These can be served in individual portions, or grouped together as a centerpiece.

3. Bakery Cheese Danish Loaf by Brynie Greisman

The first time I tested this recipe I heard two of my kids saying how much they enjoyed the “pas gevinah” (cheese loaf) that mommy bought. When I told them I made it and did not buy it, they would not be convinced and were sure I was joking! Hence, the name above. Mind you, this was without the glaze! Truthfully you can’t just eat one slice of this treat with its rich filling and sweet yeast dough. No, it’s far from lo-fat, but savor every bite!

4. Mini Cheese Cups by Brynie Greisman

My daughter-in-law Shoshi made these for my daughter Malka’s vort. I hid one in the back of the fridge so I’d be able to taste it after all the guests left. To my utter dismay, someone had found and eaten it!!! New hiding place, anyone?! I did get to taste these on a different occasion and was waiting for the opportunity to share it with all of you. We are so busy cooking and baking a myriad of dishes for our Chanukah family gatherings that this is one recipe you’ll really appreciate and love. It’s no bake and can be made in advance and frozen. Don’t forget to hide one for yourselves, maybe by a neighbor!

5. Mini White Chocolate Cheese Danishes by Rivky Kleiman

These white chocolate cheese Danishes have a very elegant look, yet they are so easy to make.

6. Rice Crispies Cream Cheese Brownies by Rivky Kleiman

When I served these to my guests and family, nobody believed that they were parve. The photographer and stylist had a field day with them! They are simply superb. A mocha brownie base followed by a creamy filling and topped with a heavenly crispy topping. They cut and present beautifully too. Thanks, Rikki M.

7. Heavenly Cheesecake by Rivky Kleiman

If a fudgy milk chocolate cookie dough cheesecake doesn’t scream heaven, nothing does! Y.U.M. Watch the preparation of this decadent dessert on Shortcuts. Special thanks to my friend Chanie F., who took one bite and knew this recipe by Baila Frenkel HAD to be shared…

8. Cheese Trifles by Idy Swimmer

This showstopper dessert is an excellent option for those who don’t have a dairy oven, yet still want to present something different and special in honor of Shavuos.

9. Not Just for Kids Chocolate Chip Cookies by Chanie Nayman

I kept trying to think of a fun treat for kids that’s not just delicious, but also novel. I came up with the idea to put pieces of popular chocolate bars into the mix, but you should have seen the disaster of nougat from the Milk Munches all over the baking sheet in rounds one, two, and three of these cookies (even after all different tricks). By batch four, it was 11 p.m. and I was on the phone with my friend Cipi. “Why don’t you just put them in after it’s baked?” she suggested. Ohhh!!! Brilliant move. I should have called Cipi during batch number one. Next time!

10. Coffee-Bean Cheese Cookies by Esther Ottensoser

11. Triple Chocolate Mousse by Sara Wasserman

This mouthwatering dessert is well worth the effort. With three types of mousse, separated by chocolate triangles and enhanced by berry fruit sauce, it’s a winner.

12. White Chocolate Cherry Trifles by Faigy Grossmann

These trifles are so easy to make, yet taste delicious and look beautiful. Using store-bought pound cake is a huge time-saver and no one will know the difference. You can change it up using any flavor pie filling, even lemon.

13. Layered Coffee Cake by Clara Fatal

This creamy nut cake is served in individual portions cut into circular shapes. It’s unique and delicious, and the presentation makes it a real showstopper.

Besides for being attractive, these pops are versatile and user-friendly (for adults and kids alike). The topping choices are endless, so everyone can enjoy their favorite variation!

What could be easier than buying prepared tartlet shells, filling them with caramel cream, and then sitting back and reaping the compliments?

A delicious milchig treat that will be gobbled up in no time.

17. Chocolate Pudding Cappuccino Cheese Brownies by Faigy Grossman
