Start Cooking

Prepare Your Desired Spiced Nuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. To prepare any of the nut varieties, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a roasting pan or on a cookie sheet.

  3. Roast uncovered for 30 minutes (for Sweet Peanuts, roast for 50 minutes). Stir nuts occasionally to make sure they remain separated.

  4. Allow nuts to cool completely after removing them from the oven. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Variation:

Almonds can be substituted for the cashews in the Savory Herbed Cashews and Hickory Smoked Cashews varieties.
