Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen strawberries, completely thawed

  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen blueberries, completely thawed

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, chopped strawberries, pomegranate seeds, or fruit of your choice

Directions

Prepare the Gelee

1.

Add thawed strawberries and blueberries to the jar of a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. You should have three cups puree.

2.

Combine strawberry/blueberry puree in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and stir in jello powder.

3.

Divide mixture between eight dessert glasses. Refrigerate until set.

4.

Top gelees with chopped strawberries and fresh blueberries or pomegranate seeds. Keep refrigerated until completely chilled and ready to serve.

HI Yitty.
It’s best not to freeze this. But Victoria said it lasts for a good amount of time in the refrigerator.
