Cubed Beef Silver Tip

Cubed from one of the leanest cuts of beef this is best used for long marinades and quick cooking on the grill or under the broiler. Lean cuts tend to get tough when overcooked, so marinate this meat in a marinade that is not too thick and not too sweet, and then cook it quickly over high heat. Excellent for shish-kabob! Cubed Beef Silver Tip also works well for a lean stew but we suggest that it be cut into smaller pieces prior to cooking.
