I remember when I first got married, I made enough food to feed an army, and not because I meant to. All the recipes I followed made such large quantities. I’m sure a lot of you find the same to be true.
There are always occasions when big-batch recipes are a must, but other times it’s nice to have ones that make just the right amount. So because they’re nearly impossible to find, we found them for you.
Below are recipes that serve two to four people so you only buy, cook, and serve what you actually need and not truckloads more. Fair warning: the dessert below serves more. Because too much dessert doesn’t exist.
