Sugar free recipes? Excited about having joined but some of these recipes above have plenty of added sugar.
which recipe do you see that has sugar?
The Succulent Chicken has raspberry jam, but there are jams on the market without added sugar. If you join the Reset with Rorie, you’ll get some recommendations for specific ones by email.
The salmon patties have mayo, the unstuffed peppers have brown sugar, the spaghetti squash has marinara sauce etc. (just to name a few)
I signed up on Sunday and haven’t received any emails yet.
Hi! I checked my records and you did successfully sign up and we sent you a confirmation email and two followup emails. Please check your spam folder, maybe they’re in there.
About the three recipes you mentioned-
In those emails, Rorie reccomends a sugar-free mayo brand you can use. She’s going to be on @kosherdotcom stories tomorrow showing how she makes sugar free mayo herself, if you have instagram and want to watch!
There are sugar free marinara sauces! I like Gefen’s No Sugar Marinara- I just checked the label on the one in my fridge, and it really is 0 sugar and no sugar subs in the ingredients, so it meets the criteria for Rorie’s Reset.
The brown sugar in the unstuffed peppers is listed as “or to taste”- you can leave it out entirely, people who aren’t trying to stay sugar free and want it sweeter can add it.
Hope that helped answer your questions! email [email protected] if you have any more issues with the emails.
