I use it almost nightly to make steel cut oats ready for the morning rush. Add 1 cup of steel cut oats to about 3 1/2 cups of water. Set to PORRIDGE setting and then DELAY START it for about 45 mins before you want it ready. It takes about 15 mins to come to pressure, 22 mins to cook and then time to sit before it's ready to open. I stir in hemp, chia, ground flax seeds and ceylon cinnamon (for those who let me or are willing to be bribed!) and then some of them douse it with pure maple syrup and/or vanilla almond milk.
