Hi. I made this recipe and put in 1/2 cup of water as instructed. I immediately realised that it was far too little liquid to cook the spaghetti and meat, and added 2 more cups. The marinara sauce is also quite skimpy - it came out dry, sticky and clumpy, rather than saucy as I was expecting. Is the amount of liquids in the recipe a mistake?
