I have a hard time with my instant pot - because it is pareve! I need it for eggs/pasta/soups more than I would use it for meat or dairy. There aren't that many great pareve recipes for it out there. But it is GREAT for eggs. Pasta - Manual for 3 or 4 minutes, natural release 5-8 min, than quick release with a towel and wash the lid before reusing. If you use a small pasta and just cover (about 4 cups) with water, you don't need to strain it.
