I made this cake last week. It is a very interesting cake. One thing I found was that it took longer to bake than the recipe suggested (considerably longer). I made it with soy mik and I wonder if the consistensy was affecting this. Could it be that the coconut milk is lighter? By the way the confusion of whether this can be made pareve could be because it was listed as Dairy in the beginning description. My husband took one bite and went "wow, the flavor is all over the place!" We enjoyed it, it is an experience. I would also like to recomend putting it in the fridge because the last bit had to thrown out as it seemed to be "off". Again Good Shabbos to all.
