Hi. Can I substitute the balsamic vinegar with a different one i.e. red wine, apple cider, or white vinegar? Thank you for the instructions on how to BAKE a corned beef. My husband's bochrim will be come to our home for a Chanukah mesiba, and I have corned beef that I would like to make for them. Baking the meat will definitely make things much easier for me!
