Kamut Flour - It is the latest thing, We call it "The New Spelt"
Great recipe, Healthy flour, Kamut חלות 5 Lb. Flour • 4 lb. flour • 1 tbs. sugar • ½ tbs. yeast • 2 c. seltzer + 3 ¾ c. water (or 5 ¾ c. water) • 2 tbs. salt Mix for about 2-3 minutes. Let rest for ½ - ¾ hour. Add 1 lb. flour. • 3 eggs • ¾ c. oil • ¾ c. sugar • 3 ½ oz. yeast Mix 7-8 minutes on slow speed. Rise 1 ½ hour until doubles in size. Braid challis, rise 20 more minutes. Shmear eggs and sesame. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and change to 350 for another 40 minutes.
