Can I half the ingredients in this recipe to make 3 lb? I use a kitchen aid stand mixer and it doesn't fit 5 lb. When I make challah I've always make 2.5 lb at a time, and now I would like to switch to this whole wheat recipe. Also, do you think its ok to let dough rise in fridge overnight?
