    Penne with tomato sausage ragout by Leah Brisman

    This is a DELICIOUS dish and I don't mean to be picky but I would clarify that the sausage used should be beef (because most store bought sausage contains pork). I use "Jacks Gourmet" sweet Italian sausage (it's glatt kosher and also comes in a 'hot' version.
