    Firm chocolate cream for piping

    I have an old recipe for chocolate cream that I always use for piping that includes margarine, eggs, and melted chocolate, confection sugar, some water. But I'd like it to be a bit more firm as the piping design tends to droop when it becomes room temperature. ( I prefer not to use the ganache recipe that includes whip. )
