    Melt in your mouth salmon

    A not-so-religious cousin, and kitchen connoisseur once shared with me that most people over-bake their salmon. Salmon needs 8-12 mins in the oven(depending on size of cut) no more! An easy salmon recipe: Heat oil in a pan in oven. Cut salmon into slices. Once hot, remove pan from oven Add to oil lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and rind of lemon. Roll the salmon in the oil mixture. Sprinkle chopped raw pecans, and celery pieces over salmon. Bake 180 for 8-12 mins
