chocolate coconut squares

In order to prepare the coconut filling it say to place the chocolate into a bowl and then add the milk. What milk? by ingredients it doesn't state anything about milk. it states whipping cream. which is it suppossed to be milk or whipping cream? thanks for clarifying.
