Rolling out the dough
This recipe sounds so intriguing and the photo is so pretty! I really want to make these, but need some help with the instructions for rolling them out. Can you explain steps 3 and 4? They say: "Roll out the dough onto a flat sheet and cut into 1 1/2" strips." How long are these strips - the entire length or width of the pan? And then, the next instruction is to spread the filling over the entire sheet of dough, roll the dough up jelly-roll fashion, and "cut into cigars." Does this mean to roll up 1 and a half inch strips of filled dough, and cut them again? Wouldn't that leave you with a pinwheel and not a cigar? Any clarity you can provide would be wonderful. Thanks so much!
