clarifications in ingredients

- lime juice is listed as ingredient. But it's not in the instructions. - Ingredients list: 1/2 can (400ml) unsweetened coconut milk . Note that cans of cocunut milk I see are 400ml. So does this mean 1/2 of a 400 ml can (i.e. 200 ml) or are there larger cans and the recipe asks for 400 ml.
