Cabernet Sauvignon? Different kinds of meat?
Hello! I was wondering if I can’t use other kinds of wine to put into the dish? Can I use a cooking wine or will it totally not give the same effect? Also is this dish good as left overs or only good to eat right away? Lastly, flanken can be quite pricey, can I use a different kind of meat like middle chuck which also requires a long cooking time? Thanks!
