the breaded shnitzel was soo good!! It was so nice eating a breaded shnitzel guilt free! I did what I do for all shnitzel- broiled 450/500 for 6 min, flipped carefully, and broiled for 3-4 min more... the best way to make shnitzel- w or w/o breadcrumbs in the oven.. juicy and yum! I also sprayed the bottom of pan ... THANKS RORIE! Keep recipes of gluten free building blocks -like these coming! I made mine on sunday, stored in fridge, and used on tues.
