Zucchini-Onion KugelVIEW RECIPE DETAILS
I followed this recipe, using cheesecloth to squeeze the liquid from the zucchini and onion...and then I added the 1/2 cup of water as per the recipe. I baked the kugel in muffin cups, as pictured. The top browned nicely but the inside was mushy, never firmed up. I like the ingredients and will try again, omitting the 1/2 cup of water!
