This peanut chew was delicious. However, it got soggy after leaving it out for to long. For it to be really crispy put straight into freezer after making it and serve straight out of freezer. I have also tried making it with half the amount of corn syrup and added the difference in honey. The peanut chew was the same texture but had that distinct honey flavor.
