    I made these for a neighbor when they were moving out of town. They were superb and greatly enjoyed. I substituted oil for the margarine and they came out fine. At least even using oil I found that 10 minutes was too long and the cookies were done by 8-9 minutes. They don't look done, but harden as they cool. My husband, who's not a dessert guy, snuck 2 off the cooling rack and said I guess I shouldn't finish all of them ;) I guess they're pretty good.
