    Not mentioned in the recipe, but this might help anyone making this amazing kokosh. Everything including eggs have to be at room temperature. Proof the yeast with the water and a tap of sugar and the yeast. Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl, and the remaining wet (soften marg) in a bowl. Add alternately. When placing in the round pan leave a tiny space between each slice as they bake the rise. Enjoy!!
