    YUM!

    That was delicious ...in every way!! I'm not sure where they sell hearts of palm spaghetti, so I made with regular whole wheat pasta....not only did it not taste wholewheat but it tasted like wacky mac (not even a healthier version of it!) which my husband really likes and I'm sure most kids would love and not be able to tell the difference! I've never went back for so much doubles of pasta which I guess took away the healthiness ;) Just a few points... Was creamy without too much cheese or milk (good for people like me who cant tolerate too much dairy) but it still had a very strong butternut squash taste so I added more milk to the pot and let the liquid boil out, I think this helped to get rid of the taste....Was worth taking out the blender to make the sauce! Thank you for a delicious dairy supper!
