A very different way to experience tuna, and I'm digging it! I substituted a vegan garlic aioli I had made instead of regular mayo, almond meal and some arrowroot powder instead of breadcrumbs, and because I didn't have onion powder, a bit of Trader Joe's "Everything but the Bagel" spice blend, which has some coarsely ground onion in it. So it was a little healthier this way, I think. Was good on its own but especially great when paired with a bit of sriracha!
