Can you believe 2020 is finally coming to an end? It feels like the longest and shortest year at the same time!

None of us could have imagined a year like 2020, and when we were planning ahead for our content for the year, we definitely would have never guessed all the food trends that were popularized during quarantine.

There was the sourdough craze (remember when no one could find bread flour?!?), Dalgona coffee (the super cool whipped coffee), the omelet grilled cheese (which Esty filmed!), the mini bubble pancakes (which gave us the inspiration for our mini Chanukah donuts). Remember when everyone was pickling or fermenting any veggies they had, people were learning to grow veggies on their windowsill, and the beautiful focaccia art (people got so creative with it!). And of course, for others there was lots of takeout and pasta dinners. Oh, and how could we forget the most recent trend- hot cocoa bombs!

Which 2020 food trend is your favorite? How many from this list have you tried? Let us know!
