We’ll get right to the point. Fancy, unique and show-stopping recipes are always fun, but sometimes all we want are the classics for Passover. You know, brisket, roast chicken, chocolate chip cookies and chicken soup.

Don’t get us wrong, sometimes it’s nice to have extra special dishes at the Seder, and we have plenty of those to choose from on kosher.com (Click here for our list of the 105 Best-Ever Passover recipes), but this year things are a little different and our priorities have shifted.

So if you’re like us and you’re just looking for a tried and true cookie or chocolate cake recipe, browse through the recipes below- you won’t be disappointed.

Enjoy!
