These bruléed fruit skewers are something special! Delicious fruit is topped with turbinado sugar, a type of raw brown sugar, and is bruléed with a kitchen torch. The result is sweet fruit with a caramelized flavor and crunch that’s perfect for celebrating Tu Bishvat.

We had so much fun making these! If you’re looking for an easy, but really special way to celebrate Tu Bishvat, then I highly recommend giving these a try!

I cut the fruit and put them on skewers, but this would work just as well without the skewers! These also go great served with whipped cream or ice cream.

Note: I highly recommend using a kitchen torch and not the broil setting on an oven to make these.

Ingredients:

Fruit of your choice! I used:

Kiwis
Strawberries

Pineapple
