Q: What is the deadline for submissions?
A: The deadline for all submissions is December 4, 2022. Submissions should be emailed to [email protected].

 

Q: What do I have to submit?

A: Submissions should be an original game that can be played by a group of people (4 or more players). If there are any additional materials or printables necessary to play the game, they should be submitted as well.

 

Q: Do I need to be artistic to enter?

A: The game and any printables do not need to be designed! You can just write up the rules and create the printables as best you can to be considered!

 

Q: Who is eligible to enter?

A: Anyone through age 17. Parents can help prepare behind the scenes but cannot create the game concept. Parents or guardians must approve all submissions. You do not need to live in the U.S.

 

Q: Do I need to send pictures or a video of the game?

A: No, you need to only send the instructions and printables if there are any.

 

Q: Does it need to involve food?

A: No!

 

Q: Do I need to have played the game?

A: While it’s preferable that you try the game to make sure it works the way you want it to, it is not necessary to play the game in order to enter the contest.

 

Q: Can I submit more than one entry?

A: Sure! Go for it!

 

Q: How will the contest be judged?

A: A special panel of judges will carefully review all games before deciding on the finalists. Points will be rewarded for creativity and how easy the game is to follow!
