I have so many fond memories from Lag B’Omer as a kid.

The weather always managed to be perfect. We always had a school-wide color war on Lag B’Omer, which was one of the highlights of the year. Then we would end the day with a huge bonfire, a barbeque, and a kumzits.

Lag B’Omer this year is unique because it is Thursday night and Friday. We decided, let’s bring the tastes and smells of the day to our Shabbat cooking. This week’s menu is all about barbeques, marshmallows, and everything that comes along with it!

Happy Cooking!
