Are you the type of person that likes to create a lavish, 3-course dinner for your family every night of the week? Neither are we. That’s why we love sheet-pan dinners!

Not only are sheet-pan dinners quick and easy to put together, they also make clean-up a breeze!

And for those of you who don’t have time to follow a recipe, or prefer using ingredients that are already in your pantry, all you need to do is grab some veggies, a protein, and some sort of sauce or seasoning, spread them all out on a sheet pan, pop them in the oven, and let the oven do all the work for you. It’s that easy!

So next time you’re faced with the dinnertime rush, let sheet-pan suppers be your kitchen hero.

  1. Chicken and Veggie Sheet-Pan Dinner by Naomi Nachman
I love the idea of a sheet-pan dinner. It’s easy to make, bake, and serve all on one pan, and it comes with a built-in side dish. You can use any kind of vegetable here as long as it’s cut thin for faster cooking. You can also swap out the chicken for salmon if you prefer a pareve option.

  2. Honey-Glazed Sheet Pan Salmon, Sweet Potatoes, and Broccoli by Chava Cohen
Salmon, veggies and sweet potatoes all cooked up on one sheet pan – easy! This versatile dish checks all the boxes (protein, veggies, carbs!) and is perfect for a Yom Tov starter or a Chol Hamoed lunch/dinner.

  3. Sheet Pan Pierogi Dinner by Sara and Yossi Goldstein
Everyone loves a good sheet pan meal! Especially busy moms and dads. I love using sausages as a protein. Since pierogies are officially Polish, a good style Polish sausage will pair very well with this dish, for example, kielbasa.

  4. Honey Chili Salmon Dinner by Sarah Lasry
This salmon is a huge hit with my daughter. I baked it in the same sweet and spicy sauce I use over chicken wings. The baby potatoes are crunchy on top but soft inside, and we both love asparagus and here it really elevates it to a dish I would serve for any occasion. It is truly a spectacular combo. Did I mention it’s all on one baking sheet? Thank me when you become addicted as we are.

  5. Sausage and Eggs Baking-Sheet Dinner by Sarah Lasry
This baking-sheet dinner, a hybrid of my favorite sausage and peppers recipe mixed with the best shakshuka sauce, is the ultimate dish. It’s got spicy, savory flavors of the sausages and veggies and is mixed with the roasted tomato sauce that has just a hint of sweet and sour. It’s such a filling and beyond flavorful dish. The best thing is it makes for unbelievable leftovers the next night!

  6. Sticky Maple Balsamic Chicken by Victoria Dwek
This is one of the versions of chicken on the bone that my boys love. The sacrifices I need to make!

  7. Sheet Pan Tuscan Gnocchi and Vegetables by Ally Mawhirter
Did you know you don’t have to boil gnocchi? Roasting gnocchi in the oven gives them a deliciously crisp edge and a tantalizing golden-brown color. Sheet pan meals are a busy weeknight’s best friend, and Tuscanini Cauliflower Gnocchi pairs so well with fresh summer vegetables and lots of greens. Feel free to substitute your favorite vegetables but be sure to cut everything to a similar size so they cook evenly. I added mushrooms for that “meaty” texture we all crave during the 9 Days.

  8. Lemony Sheet Pan Chicken Dinner by Molly Hagler
There is nothing better than a sheet pan dinner. This is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It comes together quickly and comes out delicious!

  9. Lemony Sheet Pan Fish and Veggies by Ally Mawhirter
Sheet pan dinners are a wonderful trend for busy families – and when better to break out your trusty sheet pan recipes than Passover, when you’re likely cooking with different, simpler equipment than you have in your year-round kitchen. Favorite this Lemony Sheet Pan Fish with Asparagus and Potatoes recipe to make for a quick Chol Hamoed supper, and be sure to check out all of Ally’s 5-ingredient Chol Hamoed dinner recipes and you’ll be set for the whole week. Ally has kept the ingredient list simple, but you can spice up your lemony fish and veggies to suit your tastes.

  10. Sheet Pan Lemon Rosemary Salmon by Ally Mawhirter

Salmon is what I make when I don’t feel like cooking. It’s super quick, filling, and if I try hard enough I can get dinner on the table with only one or two dishes in the sink #lazycook.

The lemon rosemary vinaigrette is a great way to make roasted vegetables more interesting! You could also substitute rosemary for any other herbs you like.

  11. Sheet Pan Sticky Sesame Tofu by Ally Mawhirter

There’s something about Chinese takeout that always hits the spot, and if you can make it just as good at home that’s even better!

Tofu is one of those ingredients that’s perfect for a quick healthy meal. People tend to shy away from it, but if you know how to prepare and season it well it can be a great addition to your weeknight routine. Roasting it on a sheet pan makes crispy, flavorful tofu that soaks up the yummy sauce.

  12. Sheet Pan Harvest Chicken by Ally Mawhirter
This delicious dish combines all of my favorite fall flavors onto one sheet pan! This Harvest Chicken is a beautiful mix of colors, textures, seasonal herbs, and hearty protein. Serve over your favorite steamed grains or salad greens for a perfectly balanced meal.

  13. Sheet Pan Walnut Chicken by Ally Mawhirter
A quick honey mustard vinaigrette is a delicious addition to this crispy walnut-crusted chicken, and acts as both a sauce and a marinade to flavor the chicken from the inside out. Don’t like walnuts? Almonds or pecans would also be delicious here.

  14. Sheet Pan Margherita Gnocchi by Victoria Dwek

I loved the results of my sheet pan gnocchi so much, I wanted a cheesy, pizza-inspired version.

  15. Sheet Pan Gnocchi by Victoria Dwek

One of my favorite side dishes in a long time! Roasted gnocchi makes it soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. So good!

  16. Sheet-Pan Pesto Frittata by Chavi Feldman
When Chanie asked me to create a recipe using the concept of “clean eating,” developing a dish with eggs and fresh vegetables came to mind immediately. However, I also wanted to come up with a quick and easy way to serve this meal to a crowd, hence the sheet pan! All I can say is WOW! Not only did the combination of flavors exceed my expectations, but the vibrant colors lent themselves to the beautiful presentation of this healthy meal-in-one!

  17. Sheet Pan Chili Lime Kale Shakshuka Nachos by Erin Grunstein
The great thing about this sheet pan dinner is that you customize it to your liking. Put extra of your favorite ingredients and skip the ingredients that you don’t like!

  18. Garlic-Mayo Skirt Steak Dinner by Rivky Kleiman
Garlic and mayo on steak and potato: Not only do they rhyme, but they also taste positively divine!

  19. Miracle Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry by Nealy Fischer
Some of the best recipes are born from a flop, a mishap, or a problem that you’re forced to solve. Enter: Making a stir-fry without stir-frying at all. Say what? One day when we were craving Chinese comfort food, my stovetop broke down (great timing, huh?)—so I improvised. I baked this baby in about forty minutes, and it turned out better than Chinese takeout! Ditch the idea of standing at a wok and frying your next Chinese meal. This one-pan wonder makes prep and cleanup a breeze.

  20. Chicken and Peppers by Michal Frischman
Sweet mini peppers are a total staple in our house. I love how the natural sugars taste so distinct when they’re roasted, and I love how quick the prep for this dinner is!

  21. One-Pan Salmon with Potatoes and Green Beans by Erin Grunstein
A great weeknight dinner that is delicious, quick and easy to prepare.

  22. Creamy Chicken and Broccoli by Michal Frischman
The dressing for this recipe is a throwback to my mom’s go-to salad dressing when we were growing up (try the mix on any green salad, it’s amazing). On chicken, it’s creamy, savory, and delicious.

  23. Tomato-Basil-Cod Tray Bake by Danielle and Adam Schwinger
One of the best dishes we’ve made. Serve with roasted new baby potatoes for a scrumptious dinner.

  24. Sheet Pan Hummus-Crusted Chicken by Tracey Ceurvels
This is a rendition of the hummus-crusted chicken in my cookbook. This time I turned it into a sheet pan dish, making it super easy to serve as a weeknight meal. Although I made it with the following vegetables, this is a forgiving dish, so you may use any vegetables, hummus, and fresh herbs you like.

  25. Sheet-Pan Mango and Coconut Sea Bass by Danielle Renov
Put Danielle’s tropical style Sea Bass dinner on your menu this week. It’s easy, filling, and flavorful. You’ll feel like you’re on vacation with every bite! Watch the episode here.

  26. Pomegranate-Lime Chicken and Vegetable Sheet-Pan Dinner by Rivky Kleiman
There’s nothing as satisfying as being able to prep your dinner in a jiffy and still have everyone lick their platters clean. This dish is light, healthy, wholesome, and — most important — delicious.

  27. Sheet-Pan Stir-Fry by Miriam Pascal
Who doesn’t love a good stir-fry? Except for the part where you have to stir… and fry. It’s time-consuming and leaves you with too many dishes. I stumbled on this idea by mistake, and instantly knew I had a winner. All the benefits of a stir-fry… without having to stir or fry!

  28. Sheet Pan BBQ Sausage and Peppers by Miriam Pascal
This supper is a real “no fuss” kind of meal: Toss a few things together on a baking sheet, throw it in the oven, and come back 30 minutes later to find a delicious supper that your entire family will love.

  29. Honey Balsamic Chicken and Rice Dinner by Rivky Kleiman
For all you busy moms, this one’s for you. Dinner in 30 minutes — can it get any better than that? Easy and so delicious.
