I am finally feeling spring in the air, and I’m so excited for the change of weather! I love how the flowers are starting to bloom and the days are staying lighter longer and longer. Passover cleaning is well on its way and the kids are getting outside to play.

This time of year, we are all excited for the nicer weather. Yet Passover cleaning is always a stress in the back of our minds. Here at Kosher.com we are always looking for ways to help you organize your time better so you can enjoy the weather and the holiday with your family.

This Shabbat, you can enjoy the taste of spring with these spring-inspired recipes!

Happy Cooking!

Spring Mix by Mindy Neiss

This is a great new salad you’ll love to add to your collection. The homemade dressing is easy to make and super delicious!

Whole Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken by Chayie Schlisselfeld

Sometimes the easiest suppers are the tastiest ones. This chicken takes minutes to prepare, you can put it in your oven and forget about it for five hours, and come home to a delicious, moist, flavorful roasted chicken.

Cranberry-Glazed French Roast by Rorie Weisberg

This recipe is a go-to crowd-pleaser, and the BBQ sauce adds a great kick! I love making it in the sous-vide, but I gave directions for preparing it in the oven too. Enjoy!

Lemon Fruity Quinoa Salad by Brynie Greisman

This salad is really easy to throw together. It’s never boring, as you can substitute different herbs and fruit. It’s packed with lots of good-for-you nutrients and can be served warm or cold.

Glazed Fresh Fruit Salad with Baked Cinnamon Twists by Rivky Kleiman

Refreshing, light, and oh-so tasty. A dessert you’ll keep making again and again.
