It’s hard to believe that we’re already well into August. Who else feels like summer is slipping away? In honor of all the abundant produce the season gives us, and to hold on to what’s still left of the season, this week’s Shabbat menu is all about summer fruit.

The recipes below are also great for prepping for Tisha B’Av. Foods like watermelon, quinoa, and of course, lots of water are critical for the day before a fast.
