Shabbat Menu- The Official Start of Apple Season
The slight nip in the air in the early mornings and evenings is becoming more apparent. Before we know it, we will be welcoming the fall and Yom Tov season pretty much simultaneously. My number one tip for this season? Whatever you are cooking anyway in the coming weeks (Shabbat food or even weeknight dinners), double it. Triple it! You’ll be so relieved when you sit down to make your holiday menu and see that you can check things off without having to give up an entire Sunday for a freezer filling day.
