Produce
- 3 onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 head of garlic
- 8 to 10 small potatoes
Meat/Fish
- 2 lbs. chicken cutlets
- 1 lb. chopped beef
- 10-oz. package sliced turkey
Fridge/Frozen
- 8-oz. package shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 9 slices American cheese
Grocery
- spicy brown mustard
- soy sauce
- 8-oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 jar marinara sauce
The best suppers are those that are already in your pantry or fridge. Here are some staple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen! If you are running low, be sure to add them to your shopping list:
- Eggs
- Olive oil
- Vegetable oil
- Honey
- Frozen garlic cubes
- Parsley flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Onion powder
- Rice
Get rid of your chometz before Pesach!
- 1 box Ziti noodles
- 6 tortilla wraps
- bread crumbs
Turkey Schnitzel Wraps

- 6 (10-in.) tortilla wraps
- 4 to 6 chicken cutlets
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 10-oz. package sliced turkey
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenehit. Place 2 eggs in a large plastic bag, close, and shake well. Add the chicken cutlets, close, and shake again. Add the bread crumbs and shake until evenly coated. Place the chicken cutlets in a pan and sprinkle olive oil over them. Bake for 30 minutes.
2. Scramble 2 eggs in vegetable oil. Remove the eggs from the pan. Chop the onion and pepper and add to the pan. Saute for 5 minutes. Cut the turkey into strips and add to the pan. Saute for 10 minutes.
3. Cut the chicken into strips and place some pieces in the middle of each wrap. Add turkey mixture on top of chicken. Fold the wrap over to close.

- 1 lb. chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/8 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, cut into rings
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine honey, mustard, and soy sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and saute onions until tender. Stir in the garlic and add chicken pieces.
3. Saute until the chicken is fully cooked, about 7 to 8 minutes on each side.
Simple Side! Cut 8-10 small red potatoes into chunks and place in a large plastic bag. Add olive oil, 3 frozen garlic cubes, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper. Shake well. Place in a pan and bake for 45 minutes or until soft.
Easy Shmeezy Ziti

- 1 box ziti noodles
- 1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8-oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 frozen garlic cubes
- 9 slices American cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook ziti noodles in water according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce in a medium pot. Add mozzarella cheese, salt, oregano, pepper, onion powder, and garlic cubes. Mix until the cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
3. Combine noodles and sauce in a 9- x 13-inch pan. Top with American cheese slices. Bake for 1 hour.
Marinara Meat Loaf

- 1 lb. chopped beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs and water. Wait until the bread crumbs become thick (about 3 minutes) and add meat, onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add a quarter cup of marinara sauce and mix to combine.
2. Coat the bottom of a large loaf pan with ¾ cup marinara sauce. Place the meat mixture on top of the marinara and press so it forms to the pan. Bake for 1 hour or until top becomes brown.
Simple Side! Cook up some rice and add the marinara sauce from the bottom of the meat loaf pan for some great flavor!
