- 4 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 head garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 package grape tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- (1/2 Tbsp dried parsley – optional)
Meat/Fish
- 5-6 chicken legs
- 1 lb chicken cutlets
- 4 tilapia fillets
Fridge/Frozen
- 8 oz package shredded Mozzarella cheese and/or cheddar
Grocery
- 1 cup ground coconut
- 1 jar marinara sauce
The best suppers are those that are already in your pantry or fridge. Here are some staple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen! If you are running low, be sure to add them to your shopping list.
- Orange Juice
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Eggs
- Frozen Garlic Cubes
- Parsley Flakes
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Cream Cheese
- Flour
- Milk
Get rid of your chometz before Pesach!
- 1 box spaghetti
- 1 box any type of noodle
- Bread crumbs
Paprika Chicken with Potatoes

- 5-6 chicken legs, cleaned
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 cup orange juice
- Paprika
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Spread them over the bottom of a 9- x 13-inch pan. Cut the onion into slices and top potatoes with onion.
- Sprinkle paprika, pepper, and garlic powder over potatoes and onion. Add chicken parts and sprinkle chicken with paprika, pepper, and onions. Pour orange juice over the chicken.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered and 45 minutes uncovered.

- 4 tilapia fillets, cut into ¾-inch strips
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup ground coconut
- ½ Tbsp dried parsley (optional)
Directions
- Mix the eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium-size bowl. Add the tilapia fillets and gently coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Combine the bread crumbs, coconut, and parsley in a shallow dish. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and preheat oven to 450°F.
- Coat each fillet with the bread crumbs and place on the baking sheet. Spray generously with cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes, turning midway. Brown the fish by broiling it for 60 to 90 seconds. Serve immediately.
Simple Side! Throw together a quick tomato salad by cutting 15-20 grape tomatoes into pieces and adding a diced shallot, 1-2 diced garlic cloves, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Crockpot Chicken in Marinara Sauce

- 1 lb chicken cutlets
- 1 (26 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 frozen garlic cubes
- ¼ cup water
Directions
- Cut the chicken cutlets, green pepper, and red pepper into strips. Chop the onion.
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot.
- Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours.
Simple Side! Cook up some spaghetti and top with the leftover sauce from the chicken!
Saucy Noodle Bake

- 1 box any type of noodles
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 and 1/3 cups milk
- 6 tbsp cream cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella and/or cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles according to package directions.
- In a medium pot, melt butter and stir in flour. Gradually add milk and stir until blended. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Spray a 9- x 13-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over noodles and top with bread crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes.
