There are so many Passover recipes out there that it’s hard to know where to start. Searches and algorithms can give you unlimited recipes, but there is nothing that beats a tried and true recommendation from a friend. At Kosher.com, we’ve asked our staff and contributors to share with you the best recipes they made last year. We might not be friends with all of you in real life, but at this time of coronavirus, more than any other time, it’s good to be reminded that yes, we are real people behind the screen!

What’s the best recipe you made last Pesach?

Leah Gottheim (Kosherdotcom VP):

I absolutely love this apple crisp dessert. It’s so easy to make, it doesn’t have potato starch or sugar, and it comes out perfectly every time.

Renee Schwartz (Kosherdotcom Recipe Editor):

Rorie’s Sticky Wings with Parsnip Puree

Naomi Nachman (Sunny Side Up):

I worked on a program, so I didn’t make Pesach. But I did lots of demos from my book though at the program, including this charoset salad.

Raquel Malul (Kosherdotcom Marketing Assistant):

I love kosher for Pesach brownies, like these!

Nechama Fink (Kosherdotcom Back End Management Assistant):

This meat roll is my favorite. It tastes delicious and looks fancy too!

Jenna Grunfeld (Kosherdotcom Managing Editor):

I never considered myself a recipe developer, but when I started this job, ideas started coming to me occasionally. This was an idea I had long before I tried it out, but it’s one of my favorites. My family will tell you, I don’t really do Pesach cooking. But I made these for my family so they could try them!

Rachel Kor (Kosherdotcom Editorial Assistant):

I wouldn’t normally choose my own recipe, but my family genuinely looks forward to this one each year. It’s perfect for a light dessert after a long seder, or a refreshing treat after lunch!

Naomi B. (Recipe Data Assistant):

These chocolate chip squares are delicious and taste chometzdik (or even better). I like to eat them straight out of the freezer but they’re good no matter what—I make a number of batches over Pesach. This is an easy one bowl recipe and makes 48 squares.
