December is always a busy month. Not only is the calendar year coming to an end, but there’s Chanukah, children home for winter break and it’s the start of a new season. This roundup reflects all of it!

We’ve got everything from comforting soup, chili and risotto to fried latkes and blooming onions for Chanukah. You’ll also find healthier veggie-packed dinners (to balance out all of those fried foods), recipes that will please the picky little eaters in your life, and meals that can be made in less than an hour.

See you next month for more dinnertime inspiration!
