2 minute Moroccan Salmon


The easiest guest-pleasing recipe you’ll ever know. Best served warm.



1. preheat oven to 400-425
2. place whole salmon on a real metal baking sheet pan season bottom side of the salmon with spices. flip over, squeeze half a lemon over salmon. pour full contents of a jar of salsa covering entire fish. drizzle honey over top then drizzle olive oil.
3. bake 17-20 min keeping it lightly cooked for rewarming.
4. optional: place fresh parsley or thinly sliced lemon over top for an elegant presentation.
