1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1 bar Rosemarie Chocolate (parve)
1/2 cup Lotus butter
oil, for frying
1/2 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Cocoa Powder
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Oat Milk or other parve milk (add more as needed)
1 tablespoon Lotus butter
Break the chocolate bar into squares. Break each square into half again.
Into each wonton wrapper, place a mini marshmallow, half a teaspoon of Lotus butter and a piece of the chocolate. Fold in half. Seal the edges with water.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry wontons for one minute on each side. Remove and cool on a rack.
Melt lotus butter in microwave for 20 seconds so it softens.
Whisk all the sauce ingredients together.
Drizzle over the cooled wontons.
