1. Line 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Rinse rice, then add to pan, sprinkle salt and pepper.
3. Add chicken and broccoli.
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper again.
5. Mix soy sauce, sugar, juice, and garlic cube in a plastic plate with a plastic spoon.
6. Pour sauce onto chicken.
7. Pour water into corners of pan.
8. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours, raise heat to 400 uncover and bake for additional 30 minutes to get the crispy effect.
