  • 1 c sugar

  • 3/4 c oil

  • 1 t vanilla extract

  • 2 t bp

  • 3 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 c potato starch

  • choco chips

  • topping is cinnamon and sgr

preheat oven 350

beat eggs and sugar for 7 minutes high speed

add oil, van, bp, almond flour. mix

4.

add pot starch slowly, and mix

5.

add choco chips

sticky dough

7.

damp hands make 3 small logs on cookie sheet with parchment

8.

bake 350 for 30 minutes

9.

cool

10.

slice and turn on side

11.

toast 10 min 325
