1. Combine tomatoes and purple onions. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Pour over the tomatoes and let marinate for at least three hours.
2. Cook angel hair in salted boiling water for four minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. Add cabbage, carrots, and almonds. Pour marinated tomato dressing over angel hair 30 minutes before serving.
