These heavenly Kigul Cupcakes make a great side dish to any meal. They are fluffy and sweet on the inside, topped with a swet crumble topping. They are my kid’s favourite dish at the Shabbos table!
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180°.
2. Grate apples in a medium bowl.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl.
4. Pour mixture into cupcake cases (I buy greaseproof ones which make the cupcakes easier to come out).
5. Combine all ingredients for the crumble, and sprinkle over the cupcakes.
