Mash the cooked potatoes with a potato masher.
Add the green onions and parsley and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix by hand for best results.
Wet your hands with water, form patties, and carefully place on a preheated skillet with a thin layer of oil.
After few minutes, when the bottom side is golden brown, flip and cook for another two to four minutes.
Notes:
Can these patties be baked as well? Yes! Place them on an oiled Gefen Parchment Paper and bake on a preheated 400-degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
