I developed this recipe recently when I had ground chicken and was looking for something different to do with it.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Chicken Burgers

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the oil.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Form the chicken mixture into burger shapes. Fry on both sides until golden, about six to eight minutes on each side.

  3. Best served with rice or on a bun with a fresh cabbage slaw.
