Delicious salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon

  • salt, garlic powder, and ground ginger

  • 1 cup sushi sauce

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil

  • broccoli

Freeze salmon for 20-15 min.

Using a sharp non serrated knife slice the fish lengthwise into 4 even slices

Sprinkle both side of the salmon with salt, garlic and ginger

combine sweet sauce and oil and spoon half on the fish.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200.

lightly spray the tray with oil

slide the salmon in to a skewer starting with the thinner side.

slide in broccoli

10.

Bake for 10min

Drizzle a bit of the sauce before serving.
