Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar

  • 1 c flour

  • 3/4 c canola oil

  • 3 carrots cooked and mashed

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 large eggs

Directions

1.

Mix and put into cupcake liners. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or English cake pan 50-60 mins. Only rises a bit.
